Shipping

1. The Supplier will deliver the Products purchased by the Customer to the address provided in the order form, which, once submitted, cannot be modified or changed, through a trusted courier and/or shipper.

2. Delivery times, however, will never exceed those established by Article 6 of Legislative Decree 185/99 – 30 days from the order date and/or from the receipt of payment, if the Products are in stock.

The Supplier cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier, nor for any damages that such delays may cause to the Customer.

3. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages matches what is indicated in the delivery document; that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry, and not altered in any way, including the sealing materials.

Any damages or anomalies must be reported to the courier delivering the goods, with the shipment accepted “subject to inspection.” Otherwise, once the delivery document is signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external condition of the delivered items.

Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be inspected, and any anomalies should be reported within two days of receipt by email to: commerciale@termesalvarola.it, providing the following information: order number, order date, and the defect found. Terme della Salvarola will arrange for the replacement of the defective item only after receiving it at its location via courier, with shipping costs borne by the Supplier.

Reports received after the above-mentioned time frame will not be considered.

4. If the courier, upon delivering the goods, finds no one at the specified address, they will make a second attempt and leave an appropriate message. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the Supplier. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of transportation and the advance payment for the subsequent shipment.

5. Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly stated at the time of placing the order, separately from the price of the Products.

6. For each order placed, Terme della Salvarola issues a delivery note listing all the products shipped. The information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will be used to generate the delivery note.
