Manual Therapies

A beneficial touch for your physical balance

Manual therapies are a fundamental component of rehabilitation and physiotherapy programs, offering significant benefits for physical recovery and overall well-being. They include a range of therapeutic techniques performed directly by the hands of a physiotherapist or manual therapist, providing numerous advantages for patients. For example, they can alleviate muscle and joint pain without the use of medications, improve flexibility and range of motion, and facilitate recovery from muscle and joint injuries.
