Cleto Chiarli only produces wines of high quality; to understand where these gems of Emilia’s winemaking come from, one must visit Castelvetro, where the Cialdini Estate is located, owned by the Chiarli family for over 130 years. Here, alongside modern production facilities surrounded by over 50 hectares of vineyards in a single plot, you’ll find a 19th-century villa with its vast park, restored stables dedicated to hospitality and a small shop where you can purchase the wines.

CANTINA PALTRINIERI
A family-run farm that has been producing Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC for three generations, vinifying the grapes from its own vineyards and managing the entire production cycle. It also has a traditional balsamic vinegar cellar. Groups are welcomed for visits and tastings, by reservation.
